Payment by Credit card

In partnership with Payex , we offer secure card payments with MasterCard and VISA. Advantages of card payments is that you avoid the invoice fee and you don´t have to keep track of the invoice.

Payment by Invoice

When you pay with invoice, you get your goods first and has 14 days to pay the invoice. It's fast, safe and easy and you do not leave out any credit card details. Invoicing is done via Billmate, where you can view and download your invoices. A paper invoice sent with your goods, and you also get the invoice by mail. You must have a Swedish personal identity number to be able to use invoice. A billing fee of SEK 19 per purchase is added to your invoice.

Shipping

The cost of packing and postage is included in the price, for those who live in Sweden . If you live in Norway, Finland, Denmark or other European country there is a shipping fee added that depends on the weight. We will send your pattern as a letter for quick delivery to your home mailbox. You can see the shipping cost for your order when you proceed to checkout.

Delivery

Your goods are delivered by mail or parcel post depending on weight and size. Most packages are so small it is delivered directly to your mailbox. In other cases, delivery to your nearest post office or delivery point. Allow 3-7 working days delivery. Usually we deliver fast, we have over 3000 items in stock.

Customer Data

The personal information you provide when ordering is confidential and will never be disclosed to third parties. We never disclose your email address to any third party, it is only used for direct communication between you and fagert.se. It is important that you enter the correct email address since the order confirmation sent there.

14 day return policy

You always have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the time you ordered. The item must be unused and undamaged, pattern bag must not be opened. On a return you, the customer, pay all shipping costs. Always contact us before sending anything back.

Complaints

If the goods are damaged or otherwise defective, or if you received the wrong product or the wrong number, please contact us immediately at info@fagert.se. Remember to include your order number.
